How it works

Everything we sell is on our facebook page

  • Comment on items you wish to order
  • Inbox us with your full address and mobile
  • First payment of £5 is required within 48 hours of ordering
  • Once initial order has been typed up we work out weekly payments
  • Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payment options are available
  • New toys are added every 2-3 weeks to facebook
  • You can keep adding to your order everytime you see something you would like
  • Easiest payment method is standing order from your bank, also accept bank transfers and Paypal
  • Soon as your first box is full and paid we post the following week

Deliveries
Our Standard Delivery costs £5.00 per full box.
If you live outside England, Scotland,Wales or Northern Ireland delivery charge may vary
When using our standard delivery you will receive your order within 3-4 working days once posted
All customers will receive tracking to follow progress of delivery.
Your orders will be delivered to the address of the account holder unless an alternative delivery address is specified. 
If the customer is going to be out when delivery time scheduled you have option to leave in “safe place” or “select neighbour”

Invoice
If you require an invoice they can be requested as long as its withn 4 weeks of receiving the order

What happens if one week I can’t afford my payment?
If you send us a message to let us know, then we can add your payment for your next date you are paid or double payment the following week

How often do you add new toys?
New toys are added around every 3 weeks

Do we have to set up a standing order?
Standing order are preferred as they send your payment automatically each week, however you are welcome to send your payment manually each time by bank transfer or Paypal but payment must be made before 4pm on date its due

Do you accept Paypal?
We can take payments through Paypal but if you do it must be sent using the “friends and family” option as paypal charge a fee for each transaction

Can i remove items from my box?
If you ask for items to be removed once it has been boxed up it will incur £10 admin fee to remove items, this is because it takes time to locate your, open your box back up and remove item

How many toys can you fit into a box?
All depends what you order as each toy will vary in size, in terms of value though each box will usually hold over £100 worth of items depending on what you order

How much will it cost a week?
Minimum payment is £5 per week but the amount you pay will depend on the current order total. Most customers pay somewhere between £5-£20 per week depending on the order  value

Do we have to pay weekly?
Weekly is preferred but we can accept bi-weekly and also monthly

How long does delivery take once a box is paid for?
Usually takes 2-3 days

How do we know how full our box is and  how much we owe?
Updates are sent out every month with your current total and a percentage full of how full your current box is

What happens if we cancel our order?
There is £15 cancel fee per box you have and whatever is left that you have paid will be posted out to yourself minus delivery cost

If we dont owe any money do we still need to pay?
Your payments are still due whether weekly/bi weekly/ monthy as you build up credit and spend on next upload

    Our parcels are sent via UK courier and we use the providers we feel provide the best service at the best price. If you have a parcel tracking number, please enter it above.

    Terms and Conditions

    On every item that is uploaded will include an item description and price of each item.

    If an item is incorrectly priced we have up to 48hrs to correct the price and notify anybody that has been affected

    Under the consumer rights act you have up to 14 days to cancel our service offered ( Minus Deposit )

    After this time you are subject to a payment plan with ourselves for an agreed weekly / bi-weekly / monthly amount. We do not refund money on account if you just change your mind as we are not saving account.

    If an order is cancelled after 14 day cooling off period the customer is subject to a £15.00 cancellation fee per box and any payments made after the cancellation fees taken off, the value of the goods will be posted to customer minus delivery cost.

    Once a box has been paid off, the customer’s box will be posted within 10 working days

    If a payment has not been paid on the agreed due date and no contact has been made. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £1.00 per day to cover administration. If contact is made, we can agree an alternate payment date to suit you..

    Returns

    If there is something wrong with your purchase let us know within 10 days if your item(s) is damaged

    If a customer changes their mind about a purchase the customer will have 14 days in which to contact the seller and return the item. Customer pays the postage to send unwanted goods. Once returned credit will be given to spend on alternative items with ourselves

    Before you return any item(s), you will need to fill out a Goods Return Form, which can be emailed on request

    Once you’ve sent your item(s) off for return, it can take up to 14 days for them to be received back and your refund credited to your account.

    Delivery Info

    If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival. If we do have to repost the items, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.

    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. Alternatively, the parcel can be left in a safe location on the property, such as porches with a door, sheds or greenhouses and garages.

    If your not going to be home when delivery is due please ensure you leave a note on door to tell them where to leave it alternatively you can also go on the shippers website and click “full tracking details” by entering your postcode and select either “safe place” or “select a neighbour” which you can specify the location yourself

    Non Payment

    If a payment has not been made and customer has not been in contact on the date that its due, then a late payment fee maybe incurred upto value of £1.00 per day. The customer will be notified and given warning before any late fees have been added to their account.

    If the customer lets us know that no payment will be arriving on the date that it is due then we can discuss with the customer which date they can catch up with payments with no fees being added on ( late fees only apply for no contact with no payment )

    If customer has not been in contact and two payment dates have been missed on the run then cancellation policy will apply.
